Predictions for the Draft

Thanks guys for talking me off the ledge on Bowers. In reading a lot of evaluations and comments here, I can see that Bowers is still a guy I can take at 1.06 in Superflex TEP and be happy. I also am not worried about Odunze in CHI at all, OR with this hurting DJM's value. There is room for everyone. If Caleb can get to 4000 (and why not) I could see—

DJM 1000
Allen 800
Odunze 800
Kmet 500
Swift 300
Everett 300
Everyone else 300

It's going to be all about DJM, Allen, and Odunze with some Kmet and Swift sprinkled in. And then when Allen is gone in 2-3 years some of those balls will go to Odunze.

DJM at only 1000 yards would be disappointing and definitely hurt his value. He had 1364 last year...

Allen can be gone next year. I'm easily taking Odunze over Bowers. His value will hold through this year too with much lower expectations if you don't like what you see year 1.

It's also PPR and TDs. Nothing wrong with DJM going 100/1000/5. Although looking at stats that would have placed him about WR24 with those numbers so yeah, probably needs to be closer to 1200

I'm loving this draft. 6/7/0/1 so far. 14 draft able players in the 1st. Wow. Next skill player tops my my initial draft board. Sounds like a wr to buffalo

Expecting BUF to go with either Mitchell or DeJean at 2.01. Both would be great fits and would be great value there IMO.

Have seen in a couple spots that Mitchell is on their do not draft list.

And the Titans would have taken Alt at 1.07. They are surely disappointed.

Why tf was he our guy???? We have to move him to right tackle, which he tested terribly at. Tell me right now how an out of his element manimal at a position of relative security is better than a guaranteed stud in his element at a huge position of need (nabers). I personally feel harbaugh is putting his personal narrative of “I’m turning the chargers into a physical running force” at a higher priority than making us incrementally better on a decision to decision basis.

We could have traded with the Vikings (assuming there actually was a hard offer on the table, I have my suspicions there wasn’t as they saw mhj and not a qb go at 4 and thought they could get their guy at 11) and gotten another stud lineman at 11 if they give Jim such a raging boner. Then we could have gotten someone, anyone, a freaking body to catch the ball at 23. Right now Herbert in our wr room is like will smith in I am legend.

Lastly, I know we suck, so there’s that… but… did we all not just see the 49ers last year (arguably the best version of what harbaugh is trying to do here) get absolutely outmatched by a stud qb with barely decent receivers? Is he really trying to recreate the Ravens and 49ers offenses when we have a clear example of the new nfl and what it looks like? I feel like I’m taking crazy pills..

I personally love the pick, and feel like Alt will be a stud from everything I’ve seen. It still helps Herbert but in a different way. I know we fantasy players love to see the skill positions drafted though. Now if they don’t take a receiver early tonight, then I will start to question the approach.

Really? Do they say why? I think he’s a better WR than both Worthy and Legette, and not by a small margin.

He doesn’t handle his diabetes responsibly and becomes abrasive and difficult when low. Also that he is incoachable at times.

If you saw SF get absolutely outmatched by KC in the SB, then I believe maybe you are taking crazy pills. You watched a completely different game than I did.
