Team Advice/Trade Candidates

12 Man PPR League

Currently needing some advice on who I can use in trades to upgrade in certain spots and who to possibly target. Any advice would be appreciated.
I also have all my picks this year, starting with the 1.03.

QB: Deshaun Watson, Daniel Jones
RB: Nick Chubb, Najee Harris, Devin Singletary, Donta Foreman, Tyler Allgeier, Chase Brown, Cam Akers
WR: Tee Higgins, DK Metcalf, Drake London, Jayden Reed, Quentin Johnston, Darius Slayton, Michael Gallup
TE: Cade Otton, Greg Dulcich, Irv Smith
DEF: Patriots

Let's start with being clear-eyed, this team needs a lot of work. So kick off a rebuild, immediately. Or plan to do so aggressively once the point scoring season begins. 1.03 is Odunze, I'd be happy with London, Odunze, Metcalf, Higgins, and Reed in my 3WR and 2Flex spots.

I'd be actively shopping all of your RBs and WRs not listed above trying to improve both the onesie positions (QB, TE). 2.03 is a descent piece to include to do that as well. Worry about RBs in 2025.

[Injury Prone]

The league is essentially start 8 + defense. Anyone is on the trade block, trying to consolidate to ‘more’ elite players (with focus on youth) & future draft capital. Even small moves to slowly get you in the right direction - though preseason may not be the best time to move most of your players so patience is key.
