I don't want to get pedantic, but to some extent just about every player is a "system player" to some extent. We see it time and time again, when coaches force players to adapt to a system the results are generally worse than when coaches adapt the system to the talents of the players. Or alternatively select players who fit their system. There's no doubt that Puka's skill set was a great fit for what LAR likes to do. Stafford is good at executing that plan. Combine all that with Puka's talent and we get the results.
