I think I like Tillman over Toney straight up, but market value is definitely with Toney.
Both have some similarities as prospects. Neither broke out until year 4 at 21 years old and both had double digit TD and over 1000 yards. Toney was a 1st, but that was a known reach.
Toney has a weird history since being in the league. Lot of injuries and was already traded. Tillman is coming into the league after an ankle injury limited him most of 2022 though.

Toney has the upside here and probably the value overall. Both the rookies are not great prospects and I think Toney could get the hype as the offseason goes along which could lead to a nice return on the flip.

I'd take Toney side and then flip him as soon as humanly possibly after he has his one "breakout game" and injures his hammy on the way back to the locker room.

I think it was Matthew Berry that said it best, Toney is an all or nothing player. He's going to either greatly outproduce his ADP or not come close at all. So there's a significant range of outcomes as far as Toney is concerned. The theory is that if Toney stays healthy he's a monster but the chances are he's going to get inured and not come close to his ADP because he won't be on the field.
