lol yeah the omission of Isaiah Spiller and Gary Brightwell were very much intentional

I was very surprised even last year when I was in the process of trading Stafford to a guy for a '24 1st, and he insisted I include Isaiah Spiller

I think a lot of people are expecting them to draft Corum this year, which would make a lot of sense as one of Harbaugh's guys.

But Spiller is literally still younger than Corum, so I can see the thinking from some owners that he might yet develop, and can be had as a throw-in.

Regardless, I think we can say with some certainty that:

- the Chargers are going to be extremely run heavy with the additions of Greg Roman and Harbaugh, and we'll want to own those backs
- they will be entering a rebuild year of sorts given the state of the team / cap that Telesco has left behind (it's still wild to me that he immediately got another GM job)

Who knows. Maybe they'll add minimal competition and let him have a go... could do worse if the price is free. (Also might be a nice sell window to sweeten trade deals with a Spiller throw in too)

People are chasing the next Kyren.

My take is Spiller isn't special. But I've been wrong plenty of times!

The question for me isn't whether or not Spiller has special talent. The question is whether or not he'll end up with a coach who puts him in the situation that best utilizes his specific talents and running style?

Based on what we've seen so far, I agree it is not a good idea to bet Spiller becomes useful in fantasy. However, I think the odds he becomes a good fantasy asset are much more than zero. In fact, I think it's likely Spiller ends up with two or three (or more) seasons of Gus Edwards type production. Eventually, I bet he breaks through somewhere.

Spears is a solid player. The knee durability is just the scary thing for the long run at least.

Mike Evans resigning with the Bucs. Reported 2 years, $52m.

Higgins tagged. Pittman probably tagged? Who’s the best WR likely to be available…Ridley? Hollywood?

Landing spot wish list anyone?

A few of mine would be:

Cousins - ATL
Saquon - LAC
Jacobs - MIN
Hollywood - KC
Fant - WAS/MIA

If I had these guys, Cousins I would want to stay in MIN with that pass happy offense and weapons. ATL would be an ok 2nd choice for me.

Fant I would not want in MIA, they just never throw to TEs. CIN jumps out here to me.

The rest seem pretty good to me.

I always wonder if it's the talent level of the TE on the roster. If you were an OC, would you throw a lot to the TE if TE1 was Durham Smythe? That said, you're right. I forgot about CIN and would definitely prefer them over MIA

And yeah that's true, Cousins best case scenario is probably MIN. I guess I meant IF he leaves, it would be fun to see Kirk unlock those weapons in ATL. Would be interesting to see what that would do to JJ though
