12 team SF PPR Trade

Just made my 1st trade of 2024.

Give: ARich, Nico Collins
Get Bryce Young, ARSB

Current roster:

QB - Kyler Murray, Trevor Lawrence, Bryce Young
RB - Bijan Robinson, Breece Hall, Jahmyr Gibbs, Travis Etienne
WR - Justin Jefferson, Ja'Marr Chase, Amon Ra St Brown, Puka Nucua, Drake London, Jaxon Smith-Njigba, Zay Flowers, Treylon Burks
TE - Travis Kelce, Evan Engram, Michael Mayer

I don't see this as a big win, but ARich makes me nervous as does Bryce Young.
Young I am hoping can improve with better weapons, offensive line, and Dave Canales.

ARich my concern is injuries, I am not sure that 2023 was a fluke.
I feel that any player as big and fast as ARich can be prone to HUGE collisions, which will always be an injury risk.
I mean in ARich's rookie year, he started in 4 NFL games, but finished only 1 of them. Leaving 3 games early due to injury.

I also have 2024 rookie picks 1.05, 1.11, 2.03, 2.05, 2.08

I'm with you - I like the deal but wouldn't call it a huge win.

Your point about AR and the injuries is going to be a central debate in FF this off-season. Where should AR be ranked in 2024 redraft? Is he injury prone? Will they dial back his rushing to keep him healthy and thereby cap his FF upside? Etc. Possibly the most difficult player to value in SF dynasty. Seems like folks will probably have to pick a side - either in or out - because the prices will be too high if you don't feel conviction. I'm probably out in SF but in for 1QB. In 1QB you can run more risk at the position because replacement cost is so much lower. In fact I won my 1QB redraft league where I drafted only AR at QB.

Nico is interesting as well. There's a world in which Nico puts up similar (elite) production to ARSB and I think there is also one where he's not even the 1A on his own team. I'm probably out on Nico at cost because while I want both him and Dell, I'm not sure which. I want the cheaper one in dynasty and redraft. Consensus seems to be that Nico is the preferable asset. I have Dell shares but no Nico shares and I'm guessing that won't change.

i like ar side but its fine and if bryce turns into a top qb like we all hoped for this time last year then it will seem like a slam dunk win but thats basically the risk here.

Trade makes sense but my lord that team is LOADED. To have that bevy of RB and WR's is cheating, have fun with that.
