1.03 + London for 1.04 + ?

12 man league, 1 QB, PPR. Start 2 RB. This is kind of a two fold question, and obviously not a move I need to make now. Would you try and move up from the 1.04 to the 1.03 to ensure getting Bowers? Landing spot matters, but let's say Bowers goes to LAC and Odunze goes to NYG, NYJ or Chicago. I think the other owner will take BPA, but I'm wondering if offering him a RB makes sense to move up from 1.04 to 1.03. London is another player I really like, but he is a gamble at this point. I'm not sure if the gamble is worth it given how many picks I have.
I have 5 of the top 6 picks, the 1.08 and 1.10. I'm taking MHJ and Nabers for sure.

Is this a start two TE format? If not, I don't see any reason to make a move to make sure you get Bowers. You already have LaPorta.
