Who are top RB and WR targets?
This is meant for RBs and WRs who you perceive to have massive upside but haven't reached their peak value just yet. In other words, what players are you trying to buy right now or potentially before the 2024 season starts before you believe they take that next step and become very difficult to acquire?

Cheap options/depending on price, Chase Brown, Tre Tucker, Rakim Jarrett, Chris Brooks, Israel Abanikanda, Jordan Mason and for the right price, Tyler Chandler and Palmer. I would only be looking at very cheap stashes right now with upside.

Right now isn’t the time to actually make a deal unless you are a true gambler. GS list is good. Get them on the cheap but they are risks.

rbs with depressed value that could still smash: najee, jacobs, barkley, chubb, kendre, pollard, javonte (those last 2 will be full year removed from injury and many owners are treating em like they didnt explode their leg the year prior), herbert, swift, charbs

Don't love buying RBs this time of year (no1 is safe from this FA class), but worth kicking the tires.
Some of the owners may be looking to dump these guys for cheap and they all could have sizeable value jumps in 2024 if they dodge the draft and free agency.

The young guys are still being undervalued. Puka is WR5 on KTC and in most rankings yet I've been able to get him cheaper in multiple leagues. Rice/Dell/Flowers should all see a sizeable value bump as they back up their rookie stats in year two. Kirk, Pickens are criminally under valued. (As are most of the older vets like Adams, Allen, Diggs, Hill, etc for contenders). Dotson could see a big uptick if Samuel is cut and/or they get a QB upgrade.
