Bowers vs. Daniels vs. Odunze

Postby wickerkat1212 » Tue Jan 16, 2024 4:34 pm

Was curious about how you all felt about these three guys—Bowers vs. Daniels vs. Odunze.
I have the 1.06 in a Superflex 1 PPR, 1 TEP league—so all three could be in play for me.
It's very close to me.

Daniels seems like the consensus QB3. If I get Harrison at 1.02 I may look at Daniels here. Where does he land?
Bowers is the TE1 for sure. In standard 1 PPR he seems to be the 1.07 or later. 1 TEP? I think he is the choice.
If it came down to Odunze vs. Daniels, IDK, tough call. I have Goff/Cousins but nobody after them.

So who do you like best and why?

Based on the SF format, I would be thrilled with Daniels at that spot followed by Bowers. I have Daniels ahead of Bowers based on the SF setting and TE's are really tough to trust fair or not. Pitts was a can't miss and Kincaid was supposed to be the best of last years class but it appears at least after one season, that LaPorta was the TE pick.

I doubt Daniels falls that far in SF. This is how I would have it as it stands today. Honestly, Daniels could be in play as high as 4 for me.

1. CW
2. MHJR
3. Maye
4. Nabers
5. Daniels
6. Bowers
7. Odunze

That's pretty much how I see it. The only way I think Daniels gets pushed down in MY league is that it's 1TEP so maybe Bowers goes at 1.06. But I'm expecting my pick at 1.07 to be Bowers. And with my TEs being crap that's not a BAD thing.

For me, Daniels/Nabers/Bowers will be 1.04/1.05/1.06 in leagues, order may vary.

In 1 TEP leagues, I don't see Odunze going earlier than 1.07 in any leagues.

I bet the bottom 5 of that list is mixed up some after combine and drafted landing spots. Also wouldn't be surprised if one of them falls out and a new name became the hot new thing in the top 5-7.
