And a long track record of being a winning coach. He isn't going anywhere. Leading the league in dropped passes is not a coaching thing.

I mean the coach chose to put Toney on the field, which attributed to at least five of those drops plus a few interceptions.

But I agree, I don't think Reid is going anywhere. Mahomes needs an off-season with Rice and hopefully another WR they sign/draft as they move into the post Kelce era.

Wonder if anyone has charted the number of commercials a player appears in against performance on field...

Speaking of commercials the bud lite commercial with Peyton and eventually smith chucking cans of beers makes no sense to me. No way would those cans open up without spraying the person.

If it were Tom Brady throwing those cans, it might be believable.

What a run it's been for my team these last many years. The last 3:
- 2021: the 1 seed by a wide margin, lost my championship game by <1 pt when davante got benched in the 3rd quarter because the packers blew out the vikings since kirk cousins had covid
- 2022: the 1 seed by a wide margin, lost the semifinals game by <1 pt because diggs + adams had their worst performances of the season. ended up highest scorer on finals weekend
- 2023: the 1 seed by a wide margin. started kamara and kupp (13.9pts combined) vs olave (18.8pts). getting ready for 3 straight heartbreaks

looking forward to tearing this entire (very old) team down in the offseason and restarting. being a top 3 seed for 5 years and coming away with 1 championship (and even that required the highest score this league has ever seen against kamara's 6td game) has been too much for my brain to handle, i need a good old fashioned tank

Three consecutive years of losses by less than a point. That'll sting. I feel for ya.

There really isn't a QB that deserves the MVP this year.

Other than that, I won't disagree with that statement.

He'll likely win it, but he really doesn't deserve it. There really hasn't been an outstanding QB this season. They have all had pockets of elite play, but nothing consistent.

The elite D Lamar plays with has a lot to do with their number 1 seeding, in reference to your other post. He's likely the best QB candidate, but I think there's a few non QB's more deserving.
