Agree.
C’mon
He'd be out of a job for about 3 seconds.
You're right. And rightfully so. Not questioning his resume. He's one of the greats of all-time. He was also excellent in Philly but needed a change of scenery.

All you have to do is watch some Chiefs' games to see how completely undisciplined and unserious they are this season. That falls squarely on Reid's shoulders, imo. Lucky to have the record they do. Their record, along with their tremendous past success, is masking just how poorly they're playing. If it were another team and coach, the chatter would be deafening.

They could turn things around. Obviously have the pedigree. Just hard to imagine they can change their habits around when it counts and actually play every snap of all four quarters intelligently.

It makes no sense to give up on a guy like this after one mediocre season. Especially when he helped lead you to the AFC championship game every season for the past 5 years and 3 Super Bowl appearances. Comments in here are a gross overreaction.

I expect them to address WR seriously this off season. Then, next year, all this will be forgotten.

EB might come back.

The Reid firing in PHI was a mistake.. he didn't need a change of scenery he needed a QB.

In a lot of ways, Reid was a victim of his own success. He's so good at his job that he's able to make average to slightly above average QBs look good enough to win the ship and consequently they were always out of draft range for a true difference maker at QB.

He has his warts but he's a proven offensive mind that's won with a myriad of QBs and multiple Super Bowls as long ago as last year

I don't know if you can blame him as a "GM", this isn't a BB situation. I'm sure they ask him for input but he's not the guy assembling the squad.

If BB can be subject to criticism, then Reid is not immune. His team is ridiculously undisciplined throwing tantrums on the sidelines and running a joke of an offense this year.

The drops by the wide receivers are real killers. But that is a discipline issue as well. And no one is held accountable for the drops.

The quality of the receivers are mediocre. But they are the same group as last season other Rice who is a clear upgrade over JuJu. So don't see why they, alone, are credited with the offense's dysfunction.

Bieniemy leaving is an underappreciated loss. Don't see why he'd return, though. Unless as HC.

I mean what are they going to do? Bench MVS, Watson, and Rice?

Who is behind them? Skyy Moore and worse? Don’t think that solves anything. WRs are bad all the way through.

And I mean they haven't been able to replace hill in two seasons. There is no reason to believe they will fix it this off season

It only takes 10 months for fans to become totally Joker-fied by literal "just won it last season" Super Bowl winning head coaches.

By this same logic you'd have fired Sean McVay last year and let him go do TV.

Have some class, and shut your redraft mind off. Apply the long view. It literally says "Dynasty Football" at the top of the page.

No mcvay is a good game day coach.

I don't see why a Superbowl means that a coach is not fireable.

Also Reid has a long track record of being a bad game day coach.
