In TEP and trading with a knowledgeable manager, I'd guess you would need a sizeable +. So far, it looks like you're trading fading assets who probably shouldn't be starting for a 10tm contender (Diontae, QJ) and unexciting picks (late 2nds, 3rds) in exchange for quality young talent. If I'm the other guy, I need at least one 1st coming back on top of any of the offers you've presented.

Just to echo what others have said, those offers wouldn’t interest me at all. I honestly might not even counter because they are all so clearly sided in your favor. I just see zero logical reason for the other owner to accept.
If you want to make a serious offer, you should offer up Achane and/or your first. Olave as the centerpiece would work. Maybe that owner is still a believer in Pitts since it is TEP.
If you want to trade for quality then you need to give up something of value as well.

So you need to be adding the equivalent of a better TE than Kincaid which is not on your roster.
I think you should forget about trying to dump QJ except to treat him as a sweetener. All of your proposed offers would be instant rejects by me.

I don't see any great options to get this done based on your team. Achane is the only one that jumps out. If your focus is/was Kincaid, maybe go back to the original idea and ho for just Kincaid. Was Moore for Kincaid straight up an option?

I wouldn't accept that deal if it was all of those pieces for Kincaid & Addison. You are going to have to add something more attractive to get two young high end rookies who are balling out already.
