Easy pass for me. Jefferson is the best asset by far and there is not enough coming back to make this a good deal at all. You are good on your initial thoughts here.

He's trying to muddy the waters here by throwing lots of pieces at you. Waller + 4th is not moving the needle at all on a JJ trade. The only way this makes any kind of sense is if the 2025 1st is from an absolute dumpster fire team and you have super deep lineups. Otherwise you're probably not even going to have room to start JT and Tank Dell and the 2025 1st.
I also don't think adding more pieces to this would really fix the issue. The 1st or 2nd best piece needs to be significantly better than JT or Dell, respectively.
