Lowered his head to initiate contact in a 1 on 1 situation. Used the crown of his helmet. He did it a few times in the pre-season, too. He uses his helmet a lot, to drive into the chest/head area of the defender. Not lowering the shoulder, but driving his head into the player. They will likely fine that one. You need to lower your head to use your shoulder, it's the way it works, but he uses the crown of his helmet quite a bit from what I've seen. I mentioned it in the pre-season. I actually think it was shoulder, and head, depending on the angle, but at least as bad as the Jacobs one. His crown made contact with the chin/facemask of the defender. Depends on the angle you see, but I think he'll get fined, if it is the trend.

We can all just imagine what Herbert might be capable of if he actually had healthy WRs for an entire season. Or good ones in QJ’s case.
