Rachaad White Trade?

I'm rebuilding and a team is reaching out about Rachaad White. He is willing to give me his 2025 1st (no 24 1st). With White being 24 years old, and me being in a rebuild, does it make sense to move him?

That's what I was thinking. TB could easily move on from him. He's been good for fantasy, but his NFL numbers aren't great.

At the same time, I don't want to be perpetually rebuilding.

He's pretty old already for a year 2 RB, so I agree you should move him if you can get a 1st as a rebuilder.. but just to push back on this there's the assumption that we know he's a bad rusher while running behind the 31st worst run blocking O-line? Despite the fact that every RB is putrid running behind this and he's got the highest workload in the NFL while showing pass catching chops?

It's difficult to measure rushing capability behind a bad O-line but three things you want in a RB is that they're 1) Young 2) A receiver 3) a workhorse and White checks all 3 of those boxes.

I'm hoping his team falls off by 2025 too. He has Kamara, Adams and Montgomery propping up his team this year. The rest of his team is not great, so the pick could be top 5.
