What is the value in 2024 picks of Henderson (Rams) to the Kyren williams owner?

I offered Henderson and a mid/late 4th for their mid 2nd

3rd at most. I like the deal for you if it goes through, but it's a tall ask.

I don't see anyone giving up a 2 for him. I would've started with a 2nd/3rd swap

3rd feels most likely
