Which side do you prefer for a contender attempting to retool?

With tryin to retool, I would not include Williams on the Mostert side. As a contender though, Mostert looks like a big piece for a run this year but will never hold the value once that pick is otc. All in, Mostert +. Long term, the pick side but I would rather reconfigure and hold Williams over Moore any day.

I think my wording was unnecessarily convoluted. I am trying to get the Mostert side, but think at this point it is sort of difficult to get him with just a 2nd so was trying to shake it up and like Williams long term still... how much would you pay for just Mostert at this point? Is he still going to be helpful for a contender if/when Achane comes back and Jeff Wilson is healthy?

As a contender, if you can land him for an early 2nd, he is worth the risk. He has never finished a season healthy, he is averaging 6+ yards a carry on a not high number of carriers per game. Lpts of stuff to keep going right. Hard to say if it will...I am struggling with all of this as a contender too. It's really hard to trust Mostert and he is old for an RB.

Yeah it has felt sort of tough to identify the real difference makers for contenders this year early enough to pull the trigger... certainly wishing I had Thielen up to this point which I couldn't have guessed in t the offseason!

I detest EMoore (as a fantasy piece) in almost any roster situation. On a scale of 1-10 for fantasy value, I give EMoore a 0. Having him on one of the options ruins this comparison for me.

Even though Mostest is a high-risk piece beyond this season and I'm not crazy about Jameson, I'm probably leaning that side.

Swap out EMoore for a different 23 year old WR with upside and I probably lean toward the pick side.

Jameson is worth more than that to me. And a free Mostert should be a big help to a contender.
