Re: Week 6 Discussion
Purdy's limitations are on full display today. If things stay on script, he's great. But he doesn't have the physical skill set to deal with adversity.

You’ve been waiting 6 weeks to say this, huh?Forza_Azzurri wrote: ↑Sun Oct 15, 2023 12:42 pm Purdy's limitations are on full display today. If things stay on script, he's great. But he doesn't have the physical skill set to deal with adversity.

The Browns have the best D in the NFL.. he's not going to find himself in too many of these situations, regardless...j4pac wrote: ↑Sun Oct 15, 2023 12:47 pmYou’ve been waiting 6 weeks to say this, huh?Forza_Azzurri wrote: ↑Sun Oct 15, 2023 12:42 pm Purdy's limitations are on full display today. But one could also make the argument that this offense is sorely missing CMC.

They've had everything go right for them in the first five.j4pac wrote: ↑Sun Oct 15, 2023 12:47 pmYou’ve been waiting 6 weeks to say this, huh?Forza_Azzurri wrote: ↑Sun Oct 15, 2023 12:42 pm Purdy's limitations are on full display today. Also all the actually good QBs never have down days. It just doesn’t happen. They should have never traded away Lance! The sky is falling!

Jerome Ford.
Sweet little RB, this guy. Sledding tough against this SF defense today... might have just gotten them the W.
At this rate he's going to need his own thread...

You basically just made my point. He's a good system QB, nothing more.Valhalla wrote: ↑Sun Oct 15, 2023 1:11 pmPurdy had little to do with everything going right…Forza_Azzurri wrote: ↑Sun Oct 15, 2023 1:01 pmThey've had everything go right for them in the first five.

Re: Week 6 Discussion
He will in the playoffs. After last week's game against the Cowboys, I would have said the 49ers are the clear favorites. But after his performance today, I'd say the Eagles will beat him. It's not that he made a mistake or two, he looked lost all game.Sriracha wrote: ↑Sun Oct 15, 2023 1:01 pmThe Browns have the best D in the NFL.. he's not going to find himself in too many of these situations, regardless...j4pac wrote: ↑Sun Oct 15, 2023 12:47 pmYou’ve been waiting 6 weeks to say this, huh?Forza_Azzurri wrote: ↑Sun Oct 15, 2023 12:42 pm Purdy's limitations are on full display today.
