Team in sig is a pitiful 1-4 with no real chance at competing even for a playoff spot this year, so I moved Kyren Williams for Sam LaPorta. Kyren is slow and appears to be touchdown-dependent. I don't really believe in him and wanted some longer-term upside.
I think I pulled off a coup, but would love some thoughts.

I think this is a good deal long term. Williams has value to a contender but long term, LaPorta looks like a really good asset as of now and his value is on the up. Good deal in your position.

This is a wonderful brag post here. I was discussing a deal for LaPorta in my league, 1.5 ppr for te's, and the manager said it would be at least 2 1st rd picks for him to move him. So to get him for Williams is a great deal.

Great deal to get LaPorta. You may be undervaluing Kyren (he's not TD dependent and very likely a RB1 this season) but this is a very good price to pay for a long term stud at a tough position. I'd easily give up my Kyren shares, even on contenders, for LaPorta.
