In a total rebuild, would you guys give Achane, for the # 1 overall pick in 2024?

Yes. The 1.01 will be gold this offseason like it is every year. I don't think Achane can keep up his hot start. Not saying he can't be solid, but this is not sustainable.
How do you know the pick will be the 1.01 though for sure?

I would absolutely give Achane for the 1.01 in a rebuild regardless of format. In SF, that pick is going to carry crazy value as a trade asset or go toward building your QB group (assuming that's the route needed without knowing the roster). If 1QB, it may be closer, but not that close...1.01 all day.
