DTR and AOC in the same week? Christmas came early

Yeah, I'm pretty excited about this ... if not downright giddy ..

Expectations are low. But I've stashed these guys after watching their college and preseason performance. It would be great to see one of them excel.

AOC felt like an easy stash with Jimmy's injury history. DTR probably doesn't get much opportunity with Watsons contract but who knows?

Yeah I'm in the same boat after Brady retired, I went as far as including Stetson Bennet in case that elbow of Stafford's acted up, but that seems like a wash a bit early here ..

The effort and awareness of Bijan on that blitz pickup on the last, basically meaningless drive is perhaps his most impressive play of the day for me, because it shows you the type of player he is.

Bijan looks so smooth. The one handed grab where he didn’t even pull the ball in was fun to watch.

I don’t think Ridder gets benched any time soon. They kept flashing that stat on 3rd down. 8/8 w/ a TD or something. Seemed to corroborate what Smith said in an interview a week or two back. Basically thinks he is a playmaker in crunch time. Maybe that’s coach speak, but he seems truly happy with him at QB.

I don’t have an elite option at QB right now, but I think I now need to start CJ Stroud every week unless it’s a terrible matchup. Especially if he starts scrambling
