Is Jamo a lottery ticket worth holding in redraft?

I drafted Jameson Williams late as a stash. But I'm curious if y'all think he'll be worth holding or if I should cut for one of the options out there now?

Options I could drop Jamo for: Stroud, Howell, Dell, Kelley, Bourne, Likely, Ferguson - uninspiring list, but is QB/TE insurance worthwhile? What about Tank Dell? Looks like Houston is gonna let Stroud sling it
