C Watson or picks

Would you sell Christian Watson for what's probably a mid to late 1st and 2nd?

I might take the picks here. It feels like the situation in GB is so up in the air. It could turn out to be a bad trade if Love is better than we all expect, but we still don't know truly who the alpha is. Everyone is hyping this 2024 draft as the best since maybe 2006, so might be good to get shares in it.

I probably wouldn't. He's the 19 overall WR in both Mizelle and KTC ADP and is ranked below only one 2023 rookie (JSN). Best case scenario you get a Watson type prospect that hits in the mid-late first next year and you lose all the production of Watson in 2023. Watson is who you hope to draft in the mid-late first of rookie drafts.

Does the 2nd make up for it at all? Also, I'm 'tanking' for Caleb so lost production in 2023 isn't really a concern, but a benefit.

If the picks were safely mid at worst, I would but with the potential they are late, hold. I am not high on Watson at all, but a late 1st and 2nd is not great value.

So with the picks... you are hoping, and the odds are against it, but you are hoping that one of them could flash like maybe a young WR... say a Christian Watson type? :?

I'm not super high on him, but I could be wrong about him with Love under center this year. I think I'm taking the first here. You need help at qb, hoping to earn the #1 overall pick and this can aid in that. Then that pick, hopefully several qb's go and a rb slides to you with that pick and that will really help your rebuild. Good luck.
