I say no, because:

1. Zeke is on a one-year deal and hasn't been good in years.
2. The Patriots are known for making RBs sit for a year or two before the starter eventually moves on.

Obviously depends on the league format, but would not be dropping Strong just yet. Harris, I could see being a drop.

With roster crunches before the season starts... I agree, I would prefer to hold onto Strong a year longer, but rubber keeps hitting the road and I find myself picking up guys with more hype and opportunity for playing time.

It's sad, as I'd stashed him in 5 or more leagues.

Harris should have been dropped long ago imo. You're definitely safe to do that - nobody will grab him from waivers if your league is anything like mine.

There's just no upside there for him unless Rham (and now Zeke) get injured.

At least with Strong, you could tell yourself a story that he was potentially going to become the passing downs guy.
Yep.

Just gotta keep churning those end of bench RBs. Usually they never hit anyways so I try not to get too attached

Well said - that's wise advice. I don't mind anyone holding Strong if they still think the light is on, there's certainly still "a chance" long term.

But if you're facing crunch, with other guys that appear closer to opportunity - then this isn't the time to be holding guys that might still be a year+ out from any meaningful fantasy role.

Added to which - roster cut downs means crunch for your whole league... it's best to stay liquid with those last few spots, as you can almost guarantee someone else unexpected will be dropping to the waiver wire at cut downs that you're going to want to add. Happens every year!

Yup and of course league size comes into play (when doesn't it?). I have some leagues where Strong isn't really in consideration and some other leagues where I'm willing to hold Strong a bit longer. No pun intended

I'll put this here regarding Kareem Hunt and FA this offseason. He visited two places the last few weeks. NO ended up signing Darrel Williams over him.

Not a surprise the year he regressed heavily in both is the year he's struggling to find a good situation. But again, these types of backs still succeed in the league.

Is it worth holding onto Hunt or gambling on a longshot FA pickup? I'm starring at D. Prince or Demario Douglas and wondering whether to bite the bullet.

one has zero upside and two have some upside to their future careers.

only douglas is a lock to make a team. i'd probably go with him.

prince returned only one kick in the 2nd preseason game, which was his only shot to make the team. although it only tales one injury to make him very valuable if he stays with the chiefs on the ps presuming he doesn't make the team.

Someone just dropped Zamir following the news. Seems rash to me since our rosters are pretty deep. What percentage of FAAB should I bid? 12 team PPR, can start up to 5 RB (2RB and 3 flex). 26 man rosters (10 starters and 16 bench).

Depending on your depth at RB I might throw $5-10 at him.

I'd say it also depends on what else in on the WW. White is an injury away guy with a potential starting role next year.
