Unless all TDs are worth 6, I think you let Allen go. QBs are easier to replace in most 1 QB formats. Brown and Jefferson are 100% keeps.

Yes, all TDs are worth 6 points. That's why I'm debating whether I should keep him or JT

Depending on what other RBs are likely to be available, I see the dilemma here. Still seems like Taylor, but Allen has to be a beast in this format.

Also, I don't have a 1st round pick (traded it for a mid season push last year). I don't pick until 16th pick. I should probably keep JT because the RB drop off will be a lot worse than QB dropoff, no?

Seems like it to me. Seems the QBs will be easier to get than RBs.

I think I'd go against the grain here. JT should be great again, but there are a couple of real paths to a floor season: new QB, disgruntled player. I'm not fully out on him, but I worry that his shelf life might be somewhat short as a difference-maker.

In a keep-3 format, I'm looking for difference-makers at their position more so than ADP. That's Allen to me over JT. Plus, I'm much more confident in Allen's multi-year shelf-life than JT's.

I say drop JT. Given the current drama and the shorter shelf life of RBs I would keep the WRs and QB.

Allen is the second option.
Team 1 (superlex):
QB: Mahommes, Geno, Cousins, Ridder
RB: CMC, Javonte, Allgeier
WR: K. Allen, Metcalf, D. Smith, Ridley, Bateman, Burks, Wan'Dale
TE: Higbee

Team 2:
QB: Aaron Rodger, Watson
RB: Alvin Kamara, Zeke, D. Henderson, Mostert, Cohen, Jamaal Williams
WR: Metcalf, AJ Brown, Alen Robinson, Crowder, Lazard
TE: Mark Andrews, Trautman

Considering all TDs worth 6 points. Dropping JT with all the drama going on and what will most likely be a bad offense.
But Allen is a very close second.

So many value Rbs with high ceilings now.
Team 1:
10 team SF, .5 ppr
1-QB 1-SF 3-WR 2-RB 1-TE 1-Flex
QB: Allen, Burrow, Goff, Aidan OConnel
RB: ETN, K Walker, Swift, D Pierce, Monty, Herbert, McLaughlin
WR: Deebo, AJB, Lamb, DJM, Dell, Higgins, Jeudy, E Moore, Michael Wilson, Tutu
TE: Kinkaid, Schultz, Njoku
