Need new league owner

Need a new owner for team below.

$100 buy-in. League has been around for a while and a lot of the owners have been around since the beginning

Just out of curiosity, but how to teams get this bad?!?! At what point do you look down and go "Oh sheet!" time to quit. And why did it take this long to notice?

If I was commish, I would let the new owner pay for free for a year or 2. 12 team $100 entry.....collect $1,100 instead of $1,200. Base the weekly and playoffs payouts on that number. Then it might get more traction.

As long as the pay for the following year, IMO. Have to make some financial contribution to the league. Get 1, or 2 years free, pay for the year after that. Need some skin in the game, IMO. That way you get them locked in for a year of their own money. You don't want an owner to play for free for 2 years, and if it doesn't work out just bail, and be back in the same spot. At least if they pay for year 3, you've got a guy locked into a committed rebuild, with some financial obligation.

Usually someone gets fleeced on a trade or 2, and then the rest of the leaguemates circle the carcass like vultures to eat the scraps.

I think there are 3 other teams in that league of similar bad condition and needing a longhaul rebuild. I'm not taking the 2023 draft into consideration when saying so.
