Keystone Dynasty Capital ‘23

• Best ball on MFL
• League chat/communications will be on a private discord server. Discord app is free.
• $100 per year, will pay the first 2 years up front and then 1 year ahead moving forward. The payment deadline is when MFL rolls the league to the new year (normally around the NFL Super Bowl).
• Auction start up…CANNOT trade auction dollars.
• 12 team, start 11, 28-man rosters (in season and off season)
o QB, 2RB, 3WR, TE, SF, 3Flex
• 2 divisions. Divisions will be picked by the previous year’s division winners. Year 1, divisions will be picked by the commissioner and manager of his choosing, prior to the start of the startup auction.
• 6 playoff teams
o Division winners receive byes, determined by W/L records.
o 4 remaining wild card teams will be the 4 best remaining teams, regardless of division.
 The first 2 will be by W/L record.
 The last 2 teams in the playoffs will be determined by all play record.
o The Wild Card round will have all 4 teams compete, and the top 2 scoring teams’ advance.
o The semi-finals will be the same way.
• The trade deadline is the start of week 14, triggered by the kickoff of that week’s first game.
• Rookie draft will be April 4th, at 4pm starting in 2024.
o Nonplayoff teams will go into a weighted lottery to determine picks .01 through .06.
• Payouts:
o $400 to our champion
o $300 total to our runner up and each division winner ($100/each)
o $170 total to our weekly highest scorer, $10 each, weeks 1-17
o $150 total to our playoff teams, $25 to each
o $100 total will be rolled over until we have our first 3-time champion.
o $80 to pay for MFL.
