I have Chase, and am not a Fields believer, but that offer would still have me considering. I think it’s pretty close. QB is just so hard to fill without a top draft pick. If the 1st was next year instead of two years out it might sway me more.

If Fields is the guy, he will be a top 5 SF QB. If he’s not, which we will know after this year, he will most likely be replaced. (I’m a huge Bears fan so I’m a believer, but that’s where my hesitation comes from)

A) If I had Jefferson + Chase on a roster, I'd probably never break them up
B) (if I were going to break them up)....I like the idea of getting a QB + a 1st for one of them, but it would need to be someone that's more established than Fields (and probably one that's locked up, contractually)

Yep, I completely agree. He is an elite fantasy QB this year at minimum. And if he’s the guy, this would have been a great deal. But like I said, I’m not a believer, so it makes it tough to pull the trigger. Haha

I think the value is here overall to make this deal in SF, but I am not sure I would be thrilled about it. I know it's two years out, but if the 1st looks early, it certainly helps the deal.

I see no reason to make this deal your qbs are fine for another year. chase wont go anywhere but up, the only risk is a slight increase in value for Fields. I keep what I have Cousins is a fine underrated QB.

With three QBs whose starting jobs are safe, I'm keeping Chase to give my team a better chance at winning in 2023.

The value is there with the picks added in, but it's an unnecessary move. Worse, it's an unnecessary move that weakens your team's scoring ability.

No. Keep JJ/Chase. Find a way to get a QB through the draft or something, or hit the WW. Is Howell on the WW maybe?

I'm a huge Fields believer and I wouldn't move Chase for him + 1st. It would have to be like the 1.01 and even then I'd probably want Fields + 1.01 (Bijan) + a good WR.
