Gibbs vs AR

Hello,
I have the 1.02 pick in a super flex. I already have 4 good starting qbs and was trying to trade back. If I'm not able to trade back is it still recommended to draft AR? My team has no RBs - but all other positions covered pretty well. Thanks for your advice about this.

Trade back for sure or you can trade the 1.02 straight up for an existing RB plus a future first.

take gibbs unless you think all of a sudden the other people in your league will trade for one of your 5 qbs. if people wanted AR or young they woulda seen you have 4 solid qbs and offer to trade or they know you dont need more and assume they will fall. AR is not the guy id wanna bet on. if im passing on gibbs for a qb its young

You can never have too many QB's in a SF, take AR. If you have 5, others are hurting

Great point here. It’s easy to say trade back and still get Gibbs, but in my experience it’s usually more difficult in reality. Ultimately if you want Gibbs, take him where you can guarantee getting him.

I’m not the OP, but I was in the same scenario and decided it was worth it to trade up to 1.01. I gave away my 1.02, 1.07, and next years late first. I’d be shocked if he isn’t good…and his value is currently insane. He’s being valued by an elite QB and WR. Worst case scenario…you trade Bijan and get a huge return. I don’t think you get the same return for AR or Gibbs. Though he is expensive…he’s a very stable asset.
