What's the difference between Mahomes and Herbert in 4pt per passing TD?

Guy offered Chubb and Mahomes for Herbert and JT, and my instant reaction was decline. Am I off base here, or is this the going rate for Mahomes? Obviously Hes a stud and 1.01 in startups, but I definitely see a bigger drop off from JT to Chubb than Mahomes to Herbert.

I think a 1st needs added to the Harbert side to land Mahomes. Despite the name, Chubb should not be that far behind Taylor at this point...and Mahomes is in a different tier than Herbert.

1) I don't think a 1st is enough to add to Herbert to get Mahomes unless it is #1 this year or a likely top-3 in 2024.

2) Agreed with Gator Sens about JT/Chubb. I'd make that swap to get Mahomes.

Probably an early first or two later firsts difference. I would snap accept that offer. The difference between Chubb and JT over the next 2-3 seasons is nothing compared to the difference between mahommes and Herbert for the next 10 seasons.
