This is the place for team advice - should I make this trade, should I draft that player, etc.

1.07 Trade Feedback + Team Eval

Postby hingle » Wed May 17, 2023 5:14 am

I just completed the below trade for the team in my signature.

Give: 1.07
Get: Najee Harris

I wasnt a fan of the 1.07 in a 1QB league and wanted to cash out and fill a position of need on my roster.

My team has gone through a pretty drastic change over the last few months and I have gone from earning the 1.01 last season to now having JJ, LJax and some other solid pieces around them. What I am wondering is, should I be looking to move my 2.01 and 2.07 to try and get some more depth or maybe a more consistent producer at TE?

I feel like my team could be competitive but I know I might just be looking at my team with rose colored glasses.

Would love to hear some feedback.
12 Team PPR, 6pt TDs
1QB, 2RBs, 3WRs, 1TE, 2Flex (W/R/T)
QB: Jackson, Mayfield, Pickett
RB: Barkley, Taylor, N. Harris, L. Murray, Scott
WR: Jefferson, K.Allen, Higgins, Diggs, Chark, Atwell
TE: Pitts, Njoku, Mayer(R) Tremble
2024 Picks: 1.05, 3.05, 4.05/4.09

It never hurts to shop your picks and I would see what options are out there.

Great deal for Harris. Nice work pulling that one off in a 1 QB format. Your build looks decent overall but your RB3 spot could be a serious issue if either of your top backs go down and your WR3 spot is still a bit of a gamble. Who knows what you get from Sutton or Watson week to week. Despite name, Pitts is also far from consistent week to week. Anything can happen and if health is on your side and Watson or Sutton show some consistency, I think you could be a backend playoff team but an injury to either RB and you are in trouble. You have some good pieces in place though.

Depth is definitely my issue. The Harris deal was nice, I sent it over and there was back forth, it was just accepted.

Ill have a look and see what I can get with my remaining picks, the draft starts tomorrow morning so rookie fever should be at an all time high.

I hate Harris and feel he is extremely volume dependent, but this is a no brainer. Well done
