Kupp for Stroud and E Moore

This is the place for team advice - should I make this trade, should I draft that player, etc.

Kupp for Stroud and E Moore

Postby sconnie21 » Fri May 12, 2023 10:12 pm

12 team ppr dynasty deep 27 man rosters . 1 qb league the next two years but then moving to superflex. I really have a good team (I guess everyone thinks that) but need the alpha receiver if you look at my roster in my sig. Is it worth it bailing on Stroud for Kupp? Note that I did think ahead and draft Levis and Hooker as well in my rookie draft this past week (got JSN and Bigby with my other two picks).

Go for the ship. I like Stroud, but I don't see him being an elite fantasy QB.

I love stroud myself once SF begins for us in 25. And worried Kupp tails off and ages poorly. I don’t want to add more than E Moore and Stroud in a Kupp deal but agree it makes sense in my situation.

All in, this is easily Kupp especially with the SF format switch multiple years out. This could be Stroud long term if he hits, but this is a great cost right now. Two years is a ways out.

Fair value exchange on paper. But for a contender Kupp easily.

I’m gonna be the one who goes the other way, you do have a really good team! And because of that I wouldnt rush to trade for an aging WR coming off injury. I would hold, especially with going to SF in a few years Stroud’s value will skyrocket. I would hold for now, and mid season if you have to make a move re-look at it then, but I would not do this now, I’d hold stroud
Jake Fromm State Farm (12 team PPR SF)
QB: Purdy, ARich (TS), Levis (TS), Bagent, Hall, Rudolph, Fromm
RB: Roschon (TS), Allgeier, Hill, Demercado, McLaughlin, Mitchell, K. Harris, E. Wilson
WR: Addison, London, Jmo, Shaheed, Reed (TS), Pop D, Iosivas, C. Jones, Mooney, T. Palmer, Scott, Tucker, Austin, Gipson, Melton,
TE: Musgrave, Mayer (TS), Trautman, Gray, Jordan
2024: 1.01, 1.07, 2.04, 2.10, 2.11, 3.01, 3.06, 3.07, 3.11
2025: 1, 1, 2, 3, 3, 3, 4

I would also hold with the switch to SF coming up.
I'm also a big believer in Stroud.
