He's in street clothes and never saw anything about him not running. Maybe something came up during medical?

I think there is likely a process, here, and it's designed to increase his draft stock, not plummet it. He bulked up to do his weigh in, and is going to now cut some to run at his pro day, for a faster time. So his play weight it likely less than his weigh in, that's what today tells us, unless there was an undisclosed injury while training.

I think it's likely a process (though an undisclosed physical issue is possible). Bulk up for the weigh in, then cut and run at the pro day. It's not like this strategy is new. That's my initial thought on it, unless we hear he's hurt. Everybody knows he's fast, it's not a secret, so perhaps he wanted to show he could get his frame up near 210.
