Yeah I think Boutte and Addison gotta be dropped post combine. Lol Hyatt over Flowers, even in terms of NFL draft terms, is laughable. If JSN/Johnston drops the ball today, I’m not sure how you can look at the athleticism, production, and tape and tell me any of these WR prospects is better than Flowers. Super-stoked with his performance thus far, and at this point will be a 1st round pick.BabyChark23 wrote: ↑Sat Mar 04, 2023 12:11 pmYes, like his bottom 10th percentile hand size and arm length.

Re: 2023 Combine
The NFL is thinking about more positions than just 4. They have to consider the entire range of defense options, as well as the offensive line. If you filter NFL mock drafts by positions relevant for most fantasy leagues, and compare those against SF mocks, the slotting for JSN is roughly equal. If anything, Bijan would stand out more than JSN, but we know why he's valued so high.tstafford wrote: ↑Sat Mar 04, 2023 4:36 amWhy do you think the dynasty community is so diverged from the NFL scouting community on JSN? From what I've seen the scouting community is luke-warm on him. A first round player but not typically rated as a top-10 guy and not the first or second WR off the board. This is pretty different from what I generally see from dynasty folks who seem to think he is pretty clearly a top-3 rookie pick.Cameron Giles wrote: ↑Fri Mar 03, 2023 4:21 pm There's a little bit of prospect fatigue in terms of remembering just how ridiculously elite JSN was in 2021.
I'm in no way a JSN hater. But I'm wondering if we are trying to make him in to something he isn't. The NFL draft guys get a lot wrong but a lot right as well. JSN went ahead of Drake London in my mixed rookie/devy league last year. That (mildly) surprised me then and, at least for my money, I'd still rather have London.
I guess we'll know more once the draft actually happens. I'm one of those guys that cares quite a bit what happens when teams need to put their money where the mouths are with actual picks. NFL draft results are important to me re: dynasty rookie picks.

So far Downs looks like he’s the smoothest route runner/best hands in this group. Dell has looked pretty good too.

At least Quentin Johnston is testing ELITE athletically. Addison tested poorly and skirted the drills.

Re: 2023 Combine
I'm thinking that the way most of this WR group has looked so far in the combine, some RB's will be moving up some draft boards after this combine.
Of course assuming the RB's don't flub their chance tomorrow

Re: 2023 Combine
Could be. I feel the WRs have generally not tested as well as expected. Combine isn't everything, we all know this, but it doesn't change that it could have been much better.MacDaddy123 wrote: ↑Sat Mar 04, 2023 2:12 pm I'm thinking that the way most of this WR group has looked so far in the combine, some RB's will be moving up some draft boards after this combine.
