Would you draft Bijan with my team?

Had a terrible year last year, but I believe I can compete as early as next year. Would you draft Bijan to prepare, or would you trade out to acquire most assets?

I don't believe you are a serious competitor this year even with Bijan but I'm still not against taking him.

Your team is young and you will need to hit on some of those 2nd or 1st next year but Bijan def fits your window.

If you get a crazy offer to move back I also wouldn't be against it.

Indeed always a good idea to see what the highest bidder would do.

That said, RB appears to be your weakest position and Bijan would sure look nice on your team. I wouldn't go as far as saying "this is the last piece needed for a Championship" but I would say "he'd be a great addition to an otherwise decent looking team".

RB is your weakest spot so yea easily grab Bijan unless you get like 3 1sts of value. you can make a case for Bijan as RB1 as soon as he’s drafted. I’d probably still say Walker over him, but with Hall’s ACL injury, and the colts rebuilding, and the age of CMC or Barkley I think the conversation starts for him at RB2 overall. Shop the pick but no need to move the pick outside of an overpay. As with all these posts about the 1.01, it is way too early to move an early 1st. Let the hype get out of control and move the pick closer to dynasty rookie draft time post-combine and all. Otherwise, I think you still take Robinson this year and shop him in season.

I know it's trendy (and smart to a degree) to punt RBs in a rebuild, but I think it's good to grab one here. Sometimes, waiting on RB becomes too long of a wait. Bijan has the "it" factor so I'd take a swing here unless I could get Gibbs++ or just a massive offer you couldn't refuse (maybe 3 x 2024 1sts).

instead of saying to your league mates interested in the pick "i'd only consider an overpay", ask them what they would offer first and just decline if they arent overpaying. Dont go around asking people for offers, just put it OTB and let it sit there.

Yes you can draft Bijan with your team. There is absolutely nothing wrong with that. If you have an offer of like 2 1sts and a 2.01 or 3 1sts it's time to consider the trade and you can still ask around if it's a good deal.

Agree with this. For one, you still do need RBs so why not take the consensus top player? In addition unless Bijan flops hard he'll still have massive trade value throughout the season. A trade will always be an option but adding him to your roster won't be.
