Cost of the 1.01 Pick

This is the place for team advice - should I make this trade, should I draft that player, etc.

And that’s exactly why it’s absurd to trade for Bijan. You should never give up a hall like that for a rookie rb.
As the owner of the 1.01 in multiple leagues I would take those 3 WRs for Bijon!

Right. And I'm not willing to pay Jefferson + Tyreek + KAllen to get the 1.01. That would decimate my team. I came in fourth trotting out them plus Jeudy (EMoore in the wings, hopefully improving). Conner as my RB1 is bad, but I can't blow up my team for Bijan.
D3:
QB—Allen, JJM RB—Gibbs, Kamara, Jacobs, LLOYD, Zamir, Edwards, Ford, Warren, McLaughlin WR—MHJ, Lamb, Olave, DJM, Shaheed, RICE, VJefferson TE—Engram, Muth, Washington, Kraft, THEO PK—Prater DEF—BAL

D4:
QB—TLaw, JimmyG, Tannehill, AOC, Hall RB—Bijan, Kamara, Conner, BENSON, Gainwell, Gainwell, Foreman, ZMoss, Chandler, McLaughlin WR—Jefferson, Hill, Adams, Allen, POLK, CORLEY, COWING, Tillman, Woods TE—Kelce, Kmet, TJOHNSON, Conklin PK—Butker DEF—PIT

Superflex 1:
QB—Mahomes, Rodgers, Mayfield, RATTLER RB—Bijan, Kamara, Allgeier, Mostert, BRob, ESTIME WR—Chase, DJM, Devonta, MBrown, Lockett, Myers, COWING, MWASHINGTON TE—Kmet, Kraft, SANDERS, Conklin, Hurst PK—Elliott DEF—PHI

Superflex 2:
QB: MAYE, Goff, Cousins, PENIX RB: Bijan, BRob, Zamir, Allgeier, McLaughlin, Hull WR: HARRISON, DJM, Higgins, JSN, BTHOMAS, Downs, RMoore, Atwell, COWING, Reynolds TE: Ferguson, Kraft, Hurst, WILEY, Trautman, Tremble, Dissly, Reiman

Trade for Bijan will probably require three 1st round picks, probably two of them need to be mid 1sts.

I think Bijan's value is so high right now that no one is trading for him.

Bijan is not that expensive. Bijan is going around 1.11-2.04 in Dynasty SF startup drafts.
Jefferson and Chase are going ahead of Bijan in every draft I have seen.

So Jefferson, Chase > Bijan, no need to add Hill or Allen, in fact Bijan owner would have to kick something back just to get Jefferson, assuming full PPR.

I think you are being sarcastic but you could move JJ for Bijan and probably get a 24 1st back. (Maybe not getting a 1st back in a start 3 rb league).

Chase, Lamb, Waddle, Olave, London Drake, Demario Davis, Jake Bobo

Kyle Pitts, Mark Andrews, Kincaid, Schoonmaker

I don't think this would be too crazy far off. Might have to add something, or possibly do Wilson + Olave instead of Olave + London, but if I was a Bijan owner I would be intrigued by the thought of Wilson + Olave + 2nd

I mean, is it WORTH IT to me to even contemplate Jefferson for 1.01? I do have Tyreek, KAllen, Jeudy, and EMoore.

If you're that RB needy....I guess, but i'd want something on top of the 1.01 for JJ.

Ehhh I don’t know about that. JJ is a centerpiece you build around as well…and likely longer shelf life
QB: A. Rodgers, Herbert, Purdy, Levis
RB: ETN, Bijan, Gibbs, Mostert, Dobbins, R. White
WR: AJB, Diggs, ARSB, G. Wilson, Kirk, E. Moore, Mingo, Wicks
TE: Fant, Njoku, Chiggy, I. Smith, Musgrave

The Bijan hype is out of control. I mean if it's really possible to get a deal that is even close to London/Olave/Wilson for any single player, Bijan is now squarely in the sell high category. He'd have to consistently produce like 28-30 PPG to warrant a deal like that. He'd have to be better than anyone we've seen since maybe L.Tomlinson who was so good it caused leagues to do "third round reversal".

I want to see some actual trades vs. forum speculation. I promise if I owned the 1.01 I'd be shopping it in almost all cases at this point.

Jefferson is worth a lot more than the 1.01.

If you didn't earn the 1.01 the hard way, good luck. People are not going to sell it for 80% of what it's worth. If you want it, you will have to buy high.

Position scarcity. Most of the great RBs are winding down and there's a new guard starting to come in over the next couple of drafts. Bijan checks essentially all the boxes you could want in an RB going forward.

Even if he doesn't come into the league going off for 150 yards every night, the price to get in makes sense. Olave, Wilson, and London are awesome, but at the end of the day WRs like that are easier to find than a 6'0, 220 circus act.

Bijan is only a sell high if someone is going to make you a very irresponsible offer.

X2. I don’t have JJ, but I’d probably a (future) 1st on top of Bijan for JJ
12 team. PPR. QB pass td = 6
