Chubb for 23 1st + Olave? Start selling overall?

Hi! Thanks for the click. I've made some real dummy trades over the years (sending Aaron Jones for Sanders/2nd back in the day ). So I want to get some opinions from you guys.

I'm currently sitting at 2-3 and have the 2nd lowest point total. The best team in the league doubled my score last week! I won it all last year, but it's been a rough start this season to say the least. I lost Javonte and my team is getting old (KA, Brady, and Chubb.) Should i start selling? Below is an offer I've considered making.

Send: Chubb
Get: Olave + Top 3 23 1st.

Is this enough return? The pick holder is in contention and needs a RB. This is someone else's first.

Do you guys think i should hold firm and still try to contend? Team below. I'm worried about Taylor being on a poor offense and my WRs aren't that good outside of AJB with KA getting hurt. I would love to start selling KA, Chubb, Brady and get some more 23 picks. Am i jumping the gun? It's 10 team, so need (healthy) studs to win again. I have my 23 first.

Here are some other deals i've thought about. AJB for Pittman + late 23 first. Bateman for Hurts. KA for a 2nd (or toss in with the Chubb trade.). Brady for a bag of cool rocks.

Chubb looks like arguably the safest RB in fantasy this year which comes with value. That being said, if you are trending toward a retool/rebuild, Olave + a top 3 1st in a valuable class is a really nice return. Olave looks the part and has been great so far this year. Chubb is a beast but with age, I do not think you find a better deal than this. You could always shop Chubb too to maximize options.

I think you make the deal of Chubb for Olave and the top 3 pick. I love Olave but I also really love the idea of possibly landing a pick that high.

As for the other deals. I rather keep AJB than Pittman and the pick as long as Matt Ryan is QB I am not touching Indy's receivers. Also I would hold Bateman right now. I am unsure what to do with him but the age factor plays a role in my decision there. But I would try to move KA and Brady for some picks or younger guys if you are starting to rebuild.

I'd make the Chubb deal.
Try packaging Brady and KA and a pick together to squeeze out a future first if possible - though I'd wait until KA returns and puts up numbers. Plus Brady now has a much easier schedule and healthier receivers so his numbers should improve as well. That's a lot of weekly points to offer contenders in a package.

I would do the trade, assuming you still have your first that’s a pretty good rebuild start. Add to that some pick if u can trade Brady + KA once he is back and has a good game - and u should be in great shape!!!

In your specific situation and league, I would ...
...Accept the Chubb trade
...Hold AJB
...Snap accept the opportunity to trade away Bateman to acquire Hurts
...trade KA for a 2nd ... or package him for something else ... but by all means, trade him away in a rebuild.
...trade Brady for whatever you can get, cold rocks or warm rocks or some mud pies.
