I think the value is fair for either all factors considered but if you are hoping for one more run, hold and hope for the best. They are both past their value at this point so I doubt you get a better offer. It all depends on what your goal is this year versus long term. Titles are tough to win...may want to make one more run. You could always look to sell in season if things are not going your way.

It's probably fair value if you want to retool, but I think you should ride it out for another year unless there is a team that is clearly better than yours in the league. I find that unlikely given your QB and RB situation. You'll likely lose all significant value in Henry and Jones, but if you can win it all it's definitely worth holding. You have enough young depth at WR you could probably take a swing at Kittle or Waller and solidify your team for a significant run.
