Both exciting young, rushing QBs with disappointing rookie seasons.

In Lance's favor:
- Draft Capital (slightly)
- Surrounding talent

In Fields' favor:
- College production
- More recent experience
- Better level of competition

I personally prefer Fields straight up, and I certainly don't think the difference amounts to a 2nd in an excellent class.

Lance for me. Fields could be a great player, but Chicago isn't doing him any favors. I would rather gamble on upside on a good team vs having the extra 2nd.

Trey Lance by a MILE. He’s perfectly set up with the GM and HC who sold the farm to draft him and has Kittle AND Deebo; what does Fields have? A new regime, a barren roster, and a new offense to learn. Give me the excellent supporting cast and an excellent, proven offensive mind in Shanahan. No disrespect to fields, but they’re setting the perfect stage to screw this kid up and then pick their new franchise QB with their top-3 pick.

Spot on.

A funny paradox here. Lance is hardly worth multiple firsts yet he feels like he is worth multiple firsts more than Fields. Lol.

x2.
CHI has done nothing to set Fields up for success so far. I'm worried they'll ruin him
