Najee Trade Discussion

Postby CreativeName » Thu May 19, 2022 8:57 am

Team 3 in Signature
I'm freaking stackkkked at WR. Just got off the phone with the Najee owner and have a semi-standing offer of my 2023 1st (gotta be late), Marquise Brown and Isaiah Spiller.

Smash accept right?!?!?!?!

I checked some calculators and Keep,Trade,Cut has this heavy on the pick, brown, spiller side, but every other calc is EASILY on the Najee side.

I am still very high on Spiller long term, but yes, this is a nice price for Harris with the pick looking late. Harris for me.

Another thought would be Josh Jacobs is on the block for another team.... I could look into trading Brown for him straight, keep Spiller and the 1st....?

I like either option. If you can get jacobs for just brown, that’s great, but Harris for the package is great too.

Najee had 1,700 yards and 10 TDs and it's obvious he can do better with a real o-line and a passing game.

He's a top dynasty asset. Spiller is a third round rookie pick, Brown is incredibly overrated and the 1st is nice but not the value of Harris.

I actually think Harris will not be as productive this year and Brown will be a top 12 WR so it is not nearly as one sided IMO as some here are saying. I would go after Jacobs and keep your assets. In fact you may get something back if you sell Brown.

People have pretty short memories but Murray and Brown are best friends they clicked in a huge way at OU. Murray is a far more accurate QB and they run more of a college system. Brown can play inside and outside in that scheme.

Don't sell him short in your love for 17-18 point RB's.
