I have 1.05 slightly ahead of Etienne because the WRs are strong at the top this year.
All that said, I'd take the deal for Etienne if you need RB. I'd prefer Etienne to Walker given the pairing with Trevor vs the SEA mess (remember, Russ isn't there to keep defenses honest). And heck, maybe you get something out of Ridley at some point.

If you are able to hold out the 2nds, I think the deal is much closer. It's pricey as of now though.
