Stafford or Russ

Postby StripesOfKC » Fri Jan 28, 2022 5:51 pm

I have shares of both but the comparison is not really a part of any particular move but rather just curious how much their values have shifted in the past year since the move to LA

In a normal 4 point passing TD league who are you taking?

I keep thinking Wilson will bounce back but it's not happening so far. I would rather have Stafford over Wilson in any format moving forward.

While very close, I favor Wilson. His injury this season was a freak thing and impacted him from then on. I worry about Stafford's longevity. I could easily see him retiring in the next few years particularly if his back issues arise again.

I dont see this as very close. Wilson is insanley hot and cold and has never put together a full season of good play. Stafford is in a stable situation and has great weapons/play caller

He clearly came back too early. Watching him destroy the accuracy contest, albeit not real football, shows he was struggling through an injury, and he hasn't lost it. He was missing throws I've never seen him miss, and I am 100 percent convinced it was the injury.

Completely agree with this. The dropoff came after the injury. He returned in half the time they initially expected. He'll be underrated going into next season.

My perspective on them. Looking at the Rams cap situation coming off the SB they will be down at least 2 more likely 3 starters on the o-line. I am putting it out there right now next year the Rams will struggle a lot more than most seem to think. Stafford needs that O-line or he will just be medicore. Russ can play great on a bad team, No line? I got this. No running game? ok no worries. No marquise WR? Didn't need one anyway. I think Russ outperforms Stafford next year and Stafford is an all time cash out right now.

OBJ, Kupp, Woods and Akers hype is viral. I think you push Stafford off right now before people realize the Rams have no money to keep the team together.
