Based on roster, I think I'd make this move. I think you are getting some nice assets here. DK is just struggling because SEA has been a mess but otherwise he's a top 12 WR in dynasty. Harris will fill in nicely for Kamara and the 2023 class looks to be a good crop.

Was actually Baker & a 1st for Kamara. Then Baker to Mitchell. The top 3 teams in my league have JT, Najee, Swift, Javonte, etc. Middling teams werent paying for 26 year old RBs.

I like this deal for you. I think Kamara still has juice left but Metcalf is a good return. I'd probably trade Kamara straight up if your league isn't RB stingy (like most leagues are).
