I would really struggle to move Higgins but if you think Barkley gets healthy and stays on the field, the price is not too bad here at all for a potential top 5 RB. There is plenty of risk with Barkley and this is all about how you view him long term.

I'd accept this. With Chase there we are not sure how good Higgins will be and we know what parker is.

This is hard . You have to believe Barkley comes back as a top 5 back otherwise your risking alot on one player... I'd hold Higgins+ side

I say go for it, Barkley comes back you probably in contention to win it all this year. If not, you got name value to make trades in off season to strengthen your team. Higgins and Parker not going to move needles, Barkley will for at least another year(provided he doesn't suffer some huge injury).
