Acquire Dobbins while rebuilding (Poll)

Team 4 in signature is in a rebuild. Currently 0-8 and a lock for the top pick in the draft. Another owner who is also having a tough year has approached me about getting his 2022 1st back. Here is the offer:

Give: 2022 1st (likely to be 1.03 or 1.04) and a 2024 2nd
Get: Dobbins and a 2024 1st.

The 2024 1st is far out, but I don't have much faith in that owner being any good in the long run. I know the conventional wisdom is to target WRs and QBs in a SF rebuild, but with this trade I'd have an RB room consisting of Javonte Williams, Etienne, Dobbins and whoever I wanted from the 2022 class at the 1.01. From there I have a boat load of picks to play with to improve at WR and add one more QB to pair with Lawrence.

I'd hold the 1st. An early 1st will turn to gold as draft day nears.

I'd offer the third or fourth lowest pick in the first, tell him your really high on JWill and Eitenne as your lead rb's for the future. Those two really high picks will only gain value as the draft approaches and rookie fever is in full effect.

As others have mentioned, try offering a later 1st but as is, I would hold your early 1st. The pick will gain value as the draft approaches and rookie fever hits just like it does every year regardless of class.

Won't JK's value also increase over time as he gets closer to being a healthy lead back for the Ravens offense that wants to run the ball and further away from the ACL injury? I might not use that specific pick to get him, but in a vacuum I'd absolutely buy him now vs later on a rebuild.
