TE advice - not sexy players - deeper upside stash...

This is the place for team advice - should I make this trade, should I draft that player, etc.

TE advice - not sexy players - deeper upside stash...

Postby jetsfan5757 » Tue Oct 12, 2021 8:15 am

Looking for UPSIDE at TE

I have
Irv Smith Jr, Dalton Schultz, Hunter Henry, Tommy Tremble

David Njoku and OJ Howard on waivers.

I've been playing musical chairs with TEs on my roster (just dropped Njoku a week or 2 ago for Tremble). No idea who's going to pop, but my gut keeps going back to Njoku out of Tremble/Njoku/Howard. Thoughts?

I feel like dropping a WR for TE would be bad value wise but might be smart for me? Or keep 1 of Tremble/Njoku?

If you are going for pure upside, Njoku is the way to go. He is so athletic and can really hit at times. I'm in the same boat and have options of Jonnu, Engram or Njoku. After this weekend, I'm going to roll Njoku every week and just live with it. Too much upside to keep him on the bench.

You having Schultz stills gives you a nice option though which is helpful too week to week.

Njoku easily if choosing between the two but I'd want both.

Would drop Tevin, Penny, or Parham to make room for OJH

Didn’t realize how out of date my sig was. Just updated.

Put in a claim on Njoku dropping Darnold. Call me crazy, but never keep 3 QBs in 1 QB league and ok rolling with Herbert and Lawrence.
