Trade for Lamar Jackson in a SF

Postby Thedude30 » Sat Oct 09, 2021 10:15 pm

12 team, superflex full IDP. I'm a very good team (highest point total) standing at 2-2, Maybe 2-3 as my opponent just jumped up on me with hendo, DK, and Robert woods.

I have a possible offer of my Tua, Gibson, and 2023 1st for Lamar Jackson. My 2 starting qbs right now are Herbert and Tannehill, and the RBs I'm rolling with are JT, Hunt, and James Robinson.

My WRs are strong too, Chase, Hopkins, Jefferson, Mike Williams, Claypool. Waller my TE.

Would you make this deal or hold?

I like the deal for Jackson in SF but still view him as one of the highest ceiling assets and a top end QB overall despite a slower start.

This is kind if my thought process too. A little trepidatious giving up Gibson, but can handle the loss I think.

IMO I’m not a Tua fan, so to me it’s Jackson for Gibson and a 1st. In SF this is Jackson by a mile.

The point of acquiring depth is to make moves like this. I'm not real high on Lamar as my long term starter....but I'd make this deal. I think it's selling high on all 3 pieces you'd be giving 👍

I like Jackson side by a lot, Tua has not shown anything and the Dolphins are already trying to replace him with Watson lol
