Boy that's a long way out but I'd sell. I packaged him up with Deebo and a 2nd for an early 2022 1st. I think a package deal might net you more. If you really can't get better I'm still taking the 1st. I wouldn't call it a slam dunk win. Just a somewhat breakeven move that you eventually won't regret.

I would take a 1st for Mitchell but as Steve Madden mentioned, that is a long way out! That pick will get here though as long as your league is stable and almost assuredly will have more value than Mitchell in 2024.
