Long way off and on trying to compete but I love the value. I already have 3 2023 1st for reference

Based solely on value, its certainly a solid deal. However the picks are a ways out and since you are trying to compete, I would hold. I think the best is to come for both assets you would be moving.

Not a chance. I don't really like the value - what are the chances you'll draft comparable players in the future? You've got young studs now, and they'll still be producing beyond those future seasons.

losing those two players will limit somewhat your chances of going back to back, but not really that much if you don't get hit hard by injuries. i can see the allure of owning half of the '23 1st round, which is supposedly amazing (2020 level). judging by your team, you probably did that for 2020.

if you don't do the trade and end up not winning (and we all know it doesn't take much), you'll be kicking yourself.
if you take the trade and win, you'll feel like the best fantasy player alive, and if you don't win you still have a very good young team that can compete in 2022, and all those picks in '23 that could make you an even more dominating team.

i'd reduce my chances to get something in order to try and get everything and do the trade.

I'm taking the picks. You will own the 2023 draft and I think you will still push for a title run this year. Plus, while I do like those 2 players, they still have question marks surrounding them. I'd love to be in a spot where I was loaded with that much draft capital and still had that strong of a lineup.

It's a classic now vs future. Without significant injuries, I don’t think either of these guys will make my starting roster most weeks. So it’s not a bad idea to lock in some gains and take the picks. But if I get hurt hard with injuries, it’s going to hurt. But, at that point I can try and acquire guys to replace my loss. I’ll have plenty of picks to do so.

He sweeten the deal by moving the 2024 1st to a 2022 1st (not his). I think mid range 1st based on the team makeup.

In a 1qb give me the players pretty easily. Surprised people are saying the picks years out.

I think for me the hard part is: barring injuries I may never start either guy. They may be at the peak of their value also. And if injuries hit hard, I will have lots of capital go to buy a quick replacement. I am pretty torn but feel the value is very good.
