Injuries are part of the games. Injuries could help Akers (DH gets hurt or other top players get hurt which gives Akers an easily hill to climb) and injuries could obviously hurt Akers. If you think he's injury-prone, you should factor this into the wager.

You do not need to actually change your sig and I would never force such a thing, but failure to change your sig upon losing also disqualifies you from future wagers, of which I plan on doing.
